Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a strategic partnership between HR and the finance department.

This role focuses on performance and talent management, employee relations and discipline, data gathering and analysis, and office administration.

Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date employee records, tracking attendance, leave requests, and overtime submissions. Generate productivity and attendance reports for performance reviews and audits.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee information, employment history, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR standards, and labor regulations. Provide support for policy updates in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to finance team leads and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation related to evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries around payroll, benefits, policies, and employee issues. Escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodation), and manage logistics for visiting staff.

Key requirements include 2-3 years of human resources experience, a university degree, strong technical skills, including significant experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
