Knowledge Base Content Creator

As a senior technical writer, you will own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of both internal and external knowledge base content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and develop new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Collaborate with support, customer success, and enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure KB remains accurate, current, and discoverable.

  • Technical Acumen: Proficient in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems.
  • Proficient in Git, HTML, and docs-as-code.

  • Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships with product, engineering, support, and CS teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures all content is accurate, complete, and error-free.
