As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented Demand Writers from around the world to join our team remotely.

Role Overview:

As a Demand Writer, you will play a critical role in preparing persuasive and well-structured demand letters that summarize case details, medical treatment, and damages for submission to insurance companies and opposing counsel. You will be working closely with our U.S.-based team and must be detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent writer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear, compelling, and persuasive demand letters based on client information, medical records, and case evidence.
  • Organize case facts into a strong narrative that supports liability and damages.
  • Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Revise and edit drafts for clarity, tone, and professionalism.
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English writing and communication skills (fluency required).
  • Prior experience as a legal writer, paralegal, or in personal injury law is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and summarize medical records and accident documentation.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
