Key Position: Maintenance Team Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee our maintenance operations in Metro Manila. This key member of our organization will ensure efficient operations across all facilities, develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, and manage inspections, repairs, and servicing of machinery and systems.



Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Oversee regular inspections, repairs, and servicing of machinery and systems within the retail environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support business objectives.
  • Analyze maintenance data and provide actionable insights to improve operational processes.


Requirements:
  • Prior experience in managing maintenance teams or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and technologies in the retail industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience in planning and executing maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
