Responsibilities
  1. Inspect units, equipment, and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly.
  2. Diagnose problems and facilitate their prompt repairs for the convenience of the lessee, and carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, peeling wall and furniture.
  3. Responsible for scheduling the repair and maintenance at all the facilities of the organization.
  4. The maintenance technician is required to have mechanical skills to handle minor repairs and fixtures.
  5. Responsible for knowing how things work and how to keep the place organized, as well as how to tackle maintenance tasks in a fast and easy manner.
  6. The property maintenance technician needs to have strong communication skills for effective delivery of information to clients, colleagues, and management.
  7. Includes maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner and in the order by which they were received or by level of urgency.
Job Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. At least High School Graduate
  3. Must have 6 months and up Maintenance Technician Experience with COE
  4. No experience but with NCII in Electrical Installation Maintenance (EIM), Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  5. Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila
  6. Must possess strong leadership qualities and be committed to work
  7. Must be hardworking, flexible, result-oriented, and up for challenges
  8. Must be willing to work extended hours
  9. Must be trainable and can work with less supervision
