Job Description

This role involves overseeing the overall maintenance and operation of facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

  • Manage the daily maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a must.
  • At least 3 years' experience in facilities and fit-out construction projects.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training is required.
  • Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of electromechanical equipment is essential.
