Job Title: Facility and Property Management Engineer

This role oversees the daily operations of all electromechanical equipment across facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and preventive maintenance programs are implemented.

The Corporate Admin Facilities Engineer directly handles and supervises all engineering and technical services across facilities, managing overall facility operation and maintenance of all facilities and subsidiaries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facility Operation and Maintenance: Manage overall facility operation and maintenance of all facilities of Trends Group Inc. and subsidiaries.
  • Policies and Strategies Implementation: Ensure that the company objectives, policies, and strategies with regard to facilities management are implemented.
  • Team Management: Head a team of technical maintenance who inspects and evaluates all facilities equipment and systems, operational efficiency, and reliability.
  • Critical Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all critical equipment are in good running condition and all preventive maintenance programs are being implemented.
  • Repairs and Maintenance Projects: Oversees the repairs and maintenance projects, vendor coordination, implementation, and acceptance.
  • Vehicles and Material Handling Equipment Maintenance: Directly handles the repair and maintenance of TGI owned service vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Utilities Management Initiatives: Implements utilities management initiatives and programs.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance to all applicable legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Licensed Engineer: Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a must.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Facilities and/or Project Management.
  • Training: Must have undergone Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge in repairs and maintenance of electromechanical equipment, project management, ISO, OSH, and Utilities Management.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
