About the Role

As a Client Success Administrator, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client-facing teams, maintaining project workflows and translating briefs into actionable tasks
  • Manage projects in PM tools such as Wrike or Teamwork, setting up and managing tasks, allocating work to team members, and keeping task lists organized and updated
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork, or similar project management tools
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
