Project Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, serving as a secondary client contact and ensuring timely project delivery within scope and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in project planning, coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and preparing status reports. Additionally, they will participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance checks, providing client-facing support as needed.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools are also required.
