Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit existing projects, converting them into structured frameworks with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Maintain internal documentation for project status reviews, ensuring seamless coordination across all active matters
  • Develop and manage external-facing updates for clients, providing proactive communications on a consistent schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates and addressing their concerns effectively
  • E nsure smooth project execution by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources
Requirements:
  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated background in project management, office administration, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and concision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
