
Remote Technical Support Specialist

This position offers the opportunity to work as the primary point of contact for customer technical assistance, resolving issues related to hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide initial technical support to customers through inquiries on hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
- Manage daily workload via incident tracking systems, recording problem resolutions in knowledge management databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create process documentation and participate in ongoing improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Understanding of hardware systems is essential.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A willingness to work flexible schedules, including night shifts.
