Remote Technical Support Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests from healthcare staff and providers.
\\- Receive, review, and log all incoming support requests via phone, email, or internal systems.
- Document and route tickets accurately and efficiently to Level 2 teams.
- Communicate with end-users to gather details or clarify issues as needed.
- Maintain professional communication, especially when dealing with clinical staff in time-sensitive situations.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations and requires strong attention to detail, exceptional documentation skills, and effective communication abilities.
\\Required Skills & Qualifications\\- Prior experience in a healthcare environment providing IT helpdesk or customer support services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
