Corporate Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act independently and support senior lawyers in delivering corporate subsidiary governance services to international clients.
  • Prepare and review legal documents at all stages of company formation through dissolution, adhering to agreed deadlines and local regulations.
  • Perform statutory filings with local authorities and coordinate with global partners, clients, and colleagues to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure client requirements are met, and relevant updates are shared, while maintaining accurate data and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Law or near completion is required.
  • Experience in providing corporate services to international clients or 3+ years in corporate law is preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
  • Flexible team players with excellent communication skills are desired.
