The Division Controller plays a crucial role in driving financial excellence and strategic growth within the organization.

This involves providing leadership and management of accounting and financial operations, ensuring the development and implementation of medium to long-term budget/financial plans and forecasts that align with the division's operational strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial reports, statements, and projections to support business objectives
  • Facilitating the business planning process related to finance/accounting among assigned teams
  • Presenting and communicating financial information to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and other concerned parties
  • Leading and managing the development and analysis of profitability and other financial performance metrics
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of financial/accounting practices and standards across the division

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in managerial capacities. They should also have excellent analytical and planning skills, as well as good communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 5 years of work experience in a managerial role. They should be able to analyze and study the effect of current and new government/statutory financial/accounting practices and regulations to ensure correct application and compliance.
