Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this Virtual Assistant - Go High Level Specialist role will have strong experience in using Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel building, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage Go High Level CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools, such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Analyze and generate reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
