Job Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Broker Assistant. As a key member, you will play a vital part in managing client relationships, facilitating property inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients through timely responses to inquiries and resolution of issues.
  • Support brokers with property queries, ensuring seamless communication and efficient transaction processes.
  • Prepare and draft real estate documents such as contracts, offers, and agreements.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client meetings.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Work both in the office and in the field, demonstrating attention to detail and effective multitasking.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  3. Strong capability to understand and address clients' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Ability to coordinate and attend property viewings and meetings with clients.
  5. Proficiency in drafting real estate documents, including contracts and offers.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Capability to handle both office and field work.
