The position is responsible for overseeing the strategic leadership of operational services within a global organization. The role involves managing a team that covers member/participant processing and working closely with functional leaders to drive business outcomes.

This includes leading day-to-day business relationships, escalating operational service issues, integrating work across teams, and developing procedures to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for enhancing service capabilities through leveraging expertise in investment products and operational excellence.

Key qualifications include 8+ years of relevant experience in operations and/or wealth management, strong people management skills, and experience working across multiple geographies and time zones. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have high analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and think proactively to resolve them.
