Job Title

A detail-oriented Facade Designer and Estimator with hands-on experience in facade detailing and quantity takeoffs is sought after to collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.

  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.

  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.

  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs.

  • Use Logikal, AutoCAD, and Excel to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • A proven experience in facade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems is essential.

  • Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries is a must.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel is required.

  • A strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings is necessary.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial.
