Job Opportunity:

Wing is looking for a skilled professional to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various industries and roles.

The Role

  • Find qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding processes to match high-quality candidates with job descriptions.
  • Manage candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters.
  • Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates, their stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies and source high-quality candidates in large volumes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on recruiting progress for assigned accounts.

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Experience in talent sourcing and hiring.
  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • A tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with software like Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or Any Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
