Amazon Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and client-obsessed Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client/account management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.

The role involves leading onboarding and managing brand milestones, owning client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery, as well as coordinating internal teams to keep progress on track.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, and fluent in relevant tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Resolve client issues through ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
