Responsibilities

• Product management for Digital Supplier Lifecycle and Sustainability
• Leadership of the product team together with the Lead Architect, and working with a scrum master to facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Manage the continuous discovery process, ensuring early engagement with the line business to understand business capability gaps and translate those, together with the lead architect, into digital solutions which are then anchored and adopted to secure maximum value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in product management, procurement lifecycle, sustainability or other related disciplines
• Experience developing and launching a digital sustainability approach for a large, multinational manufacturing company
• Experience with agile product management (certification is beneficial)
• Attentive listener with high emotional intelligence
• Organizational planning skills
• Ability to link strategic direction to concrete, tactical business capabilities
• Digital mindset, demonstrated ability to translate business capabilities into digital solutions
