Our platform partners with companies worldwide to efficiently match talent with the right opportunities. One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist in APAC.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for managing software testing processes from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and updating test cases based on testing strategies and project needs
  • Coordinating and managing test runs from initiation to completion
  • Monitoring testers and test leads, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to testing best practices
  • Conducting issue reviews, verifying fixed bugs, and maintaining updated issue backlogs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations
  • Tracking and improving project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers
  • Supporting tester onboarding and acting as a backup for other Quality Assurance Specialists when necessary

We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms is preferred.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on software testing experience (mobile platforms a plus)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of experience working with or managing freelance testers preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed, fast-paced environment
