Job Title: Platform Quality Assurance Specialist


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to join our team. As a Platform Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of services provided by drivers on our platform.


The Role
  • You will establish and maintain quality guidelines for drivers, ensuring these standards align with our overall goals.
  • You will review driver performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall driver satisfaction.
  • You will lead projects to improve the quality of services provided by drivers, including developing training programs and implementing new processes.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to prevent fraud, including creating procedures and educating drivers about fraud risks.
  • You will use data analysis and other detection tools to identify potential fraudulent activities and respond swiftly to any detected fraud.
  • You will report on driver quality and fraud metrics, providing insights to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in quality management or fraud prevention role.
  • Experience interpreting complex data.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and fraud detection and prevention techniques.
