Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all conversations are documented and up-to-date.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines at all times.
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency an asset.
