About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking professional to provide exceptional support as a business coordinator.

  • Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting between parties with ease and confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding property issues, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and process payments efficiently.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls with precision and organization.
  • Research and make informed decisions regarding suppliers, services, equipment, and supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant certification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent organizational and time management skills, technical aptitude, and proficiency in current technologies.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business coordination role
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (required)
