
Highly Skilled Administrative Assistant Wanted for Sales Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Associate to join our team. This role requires strong administrative skills, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing travel arrangements
- Analyze sales data using advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and charts to generate reports and track progress
- Maintain CRM records and update client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking to drive sales growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely sales materials and updates
- Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Zoom)
- Experience supporting remote teams or international executives
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, AppSheet)
- Ability to create dashboards and visual reports
