We are hiring Cantonese speaking customer services representatives for providing accounts receivable management services to our Asian Markets. The incumbent will work in our office at Santa Rosa, Laguna the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
  • Negotiate with customers for achieving highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans
  • Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare statement of accounts for customers
  • Update regular accounts receivable reports for client's review
  • Gather data and documents proper systems per client's requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous in figures
  • Proficient MS office skills, especially in Excel
  • Excellent language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin speaking an asset
  • Good spoken and written English an advantage
