Remote Japanese-Speaking Developer Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a remote Japanese-speaking developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and proficiency in Japanese.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs.
  • Participate in agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing.
  • Integrate and optimize AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and product functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking team members.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Japanese: Written, spoken, and listening proficiency in Japanese, preferably JLPT N2 level or higher.
  • Software Development Skills: Solid experience with the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
  • Git and DevOps: Strong understanding of Git and development best practices.
  • AI Tools: Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and efficiency.
Nice to Have:
  • AI/ML Experience: Exposure to AI/ML projects or experience integrating AI APIs.
  • LLM Architectures: Knowledge of LLM agentic frameworks, RAG, LangChain, or similar architectures.
  • Python Experience: Familiarity with Python, especially FastAPI for backend or service integration.
  • DevOps Tools: Understanding of modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cloud Platforms: Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
