About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support team as a Mandarin Language Associate. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional support.

You will be responsible for resolving customer issues via phone, email, and chat, addressing a range of topics related to our products. Your prompt and accurate responses will ensure a positive experience for our customers.

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries within one minute
  • Resolve issues within 24 hours
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Phone support experience
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Ability to work in the US time zone
