We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our employees, encompassing a broad spectrum of platforms and applications.
- Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of all facilities.
- Support advanced security systems, high availability setups, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineering teams on pre-sales support and develop sample project proposals.
- Provide post-sales support to customers after product purchase.
- Monitor requests, create returns, and document department procedures.
- End user and internal network monitoring and support.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
