Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage credit card reconciliation activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of credit card transactions.
  • Review and validate charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments to ensure they align with bank records.
  • Investigate discrepancies and liaise with banks and internal departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly billing cycles and ensure all invoices and statements are processed accurately.
  • Maintain and update reconciliation documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in credit card reconciliation, billing, or a related finance function.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card reconciliation and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
