Key to our success is finding the right individual to drive post-installation engagement and revenue growth. We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to develop strong relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, identify service and upgrade opportunities, and sell maintenance contracts.
This is a remote position in Colombia, requiring exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in customer success or outbound sales roles, proficiency in Zoho CRM, and familiarity with technical products such as home automation systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, partnering with marketing teams, performing post-purchase follow-ups, managing client data, and collaborating with local service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue service and upgrade opportunities through proactive outbound sales calls
- Sell maintenance contracts and maintain customer engagement
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive referrals through post-purchase follow-ups
- Manage and maintain accurate client data in Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with local service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or renewals
- Active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar systems
- 4+ years in customer success or outbound sales roles
- Familiarity with technical products (home automation, luxury systems preferred)
- Comfortable handling conversations around high-ticket upgrades
