Job Description:

As a specialist in ocean freight operations, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to meet performance targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute assigned tasks effectively.
  • Participate in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives with your team lead.
  • Evaluate operational processes and recommend changes based on analysis.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify solutions and best practices for improving existing processes.
  • Assist staff in resolving complex problems and ensure quality control.
  • Document processes thoroughly and participate in additional projects assigned by the project manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in logistics or ocean freight operations.
  • Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and communication skills are essential.
