Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Associate Director plays a pivotal role in leading client acquisition activities, encompassing cold calling, saturation exercises, and strategic partnerships to establish and nurture relationships with clients.

  • They will work closely with the Market Analyst team on client submissions, which may include project briefs, case studies, technical due diligence analyses, and reports.
  • The Associate Director will also develop and deliver pitches/presentations, coordinate site inspections for clients, and negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Additionally, they will provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of brokers, collaborate with the Client Engagement Coordinator on post-sales support for clients, and contribute to various client engagement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
  • A degree in business administration is required.
  • A licensed real estate broker is highly desirable.
  • Professionals with experience in business development, project management, leasing, sales, and brokerage are encouraged to apply.
