Job Title:
Senior Business Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Learning & Development operations with various learning analytics and automation solutions. Conducting and managing outcomes, including analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for business planning. Recommending process improvements by managing documented standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective business processes.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, plus 8+ years experience in business analysis, working with internal business partners and technology leads.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in learning and development or related field.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience working in the operations of learning and development in healthcare industry.
