Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead growth initiatives and drive client acquisition in professional services.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in B2B relationship-building, preferably within high-value solutions industries or professional services sectors.

Key responsibilities include driving business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building executive relationships, and leading the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closing.

  • Develop business development strategies across key industry verticals in the Visayas region.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Breed strong relationships with executives and decision-makers across corporate, SME, and government sectors.
  • Cultivate collaborations with service line leaders to craft customized solutions and proposals.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of progressive business development or client relationship experience in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and close complex deals.
  • A deep understanding of the Cebu and Visayas business landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to opportunity development.
