Key Responsibilities

  • Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessments and identifying cutting-edge technologies.

  • Maintain high-level knowledge of BPO operations management by tracking emerging trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar field.
  • A stable employment history with a proven track record of managing departmental budgets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in MS tools and data manipulation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
