Key Roles in Customer Operations

As a detail-oriented and experienced professional, you will play a key role in processing payments and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing processes for business clients.

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement improvements that streamline invoicing and reporting processes.
  • Process timesheets from customers to accurately generate invoices for our business clients.
  • Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Closely collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows and provide a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Address and resolve support issues related to invoicing and timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and customer systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to invoicing and timesheet processing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll platforms, data entry, and a keen eye for detail. A proactive mindset and willingness to work hands-on to resolve issues and improve processes are also essential.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management or as a Payment Specialist.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, ability to generate and interpret custom reports related to timesheets, invoicing, and pending adjustments.
  • Collaborative & Team-Oriented: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams such as business operations and product development.
