About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service department, ensuring exceptional service and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training and performance management
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction and employee morale
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and industry regulations
  • Foster a positive and engaged team culture
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in a customer service operations management role, preferably within a call centre environment/ in high-pressure operational roles and crisis handling.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry regulations
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
