Procurement Officer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, evaluating new suppliers, and negotiating optimal credit terms and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supplier Management
  • Evaluate existing suppliers to ensure they meet company standards in terms of product/service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and recommend new suppliers who align with company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
Internal Customer Management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide end-to-end support throughout the purchasing process.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive cost efficiency across all procurement activities without compromising quality.
Management Support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
