Acquisitions Role

We seek an enthusiastic professional to manage and develop a portfolio of sellers, provide hands-on guidance throughout the sales process, and support business owners in achieving a successful exit.

  • Act as primary contact for a portfolio of sellers, ensuring time-sensitive support and providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Manage listings for existing sellers and support their sales journey, monitoring listing performance and providing regular updates, feedback, and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct valuation-driven analysis of client-provided financial information to determine an appropriate valuation range, considering market benchmarks and comparable transactions.
  • Support in the management and coordination of platform-generated legal documents, such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers, building trust and credibility through consistent communication, insight sharing, and professional support.
  • Assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms, supporting internal collaboration and work cross-functionally to develop winning strategies that align buyer and seller expectations.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using tools such as HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively.
  • Lead post-transaction feedback sessions to refine strategies and improve ROI, collecting insights from both buyers and sellers to improve future advisory efforts and overall platform effectiveness.
