Strategy and Commercial Strategies Specialist

This role plays a vital part in supporting the creation, communication, implementation, and monitoring of plans that are aligned with our business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating strategic planning processes for the Business Group, particularly utilizing the Balanced Scorecard framework.
  • Leading operational performance reviews and driving discussions to re-strategize if performance is behind target.
  • Designing and implementing organization performance reporting templates and preparing key management presentations.
  • Driving KPI crafting and alignment, and managing the annual updating and calibration of the KPI Library across Tier 1, 2, and 3.
  • Leading and taking responsibility for Balanced Scorecard (BSC) capability training and other strategic planning programs for the Thermal Business Group.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of planning and organizational performance management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of total working experience in Project Management and/or Corporate Planning and Organizational Performance Management.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Substantial knowledge of, or relevant implementation experience in, Balanced Scorecard, Performance Management Systems, and/or operational excellence tools.
  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year course; an Industrial Engineering or Business Administration background is an advantage. A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills, outstanding research and analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong leadership and project management capabilities.
