Key Role Summary:

  We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to support our evolving focus on AI-assisted insight delivery, proactive scenario modeling, and cloud-first analytical architecture.

  This role requires working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Play a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation

  To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders, and a deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling. You should also be able to work independently and prioritise long-term value over short-term output.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards
  • Able to work independently and prioritise long-term value over short-term output
