We are seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for driving growth through sales and partnerships.

Job Summary

This full-time hybrid role involves acquiring corporate leads into sales, surpassing sales goals, building and maintaining corporate partnerships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire corporate leads into sales and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HMO industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, exceeding sales targets, and building lasting partnerships.
