Product Excellence Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you'll play a vital role in driving quality initiatives by triaging bugs and supporting validation and analysis of user feedback.

About the Role
  • Stay up-to-date with our product features and functionality to effectively manage bugs and feedback.
  • Provide top-notch support to internal customers across designated channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with team members to resolve knowledge gaps and errors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Manage special projects and trackers, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Strong research, navigation, and investigative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, Coda, and Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, with expertise in collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented and process-driven, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
