The ideal candidate will develop and execute a global social strategy to supercharge the brand's growth across key platforms.

This role involves collaborating closely with markets to build and strengthen Love, Bonito's global social community and presence.

  • Analyze, report, and optimize social channel performance to ensure overall business objectives are attained.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and develop a team to manage daily social operations and foster effective engagement with followers.
  • Partner closely with HQ functions to amplify key campaigns through social media.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
