Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team at Enablesme. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input financial transactions into Xero with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process invoices promptly.
  • Prepare documents for BAS and other tax-related requirements.
  • Retrieve files from email inboxes, upload them into systems, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, particularly Xero and EAGLE CRM.
