Job Description

The Administrative Assistant I will assist members of the APAC Executive Leadership Team with day-to-day administrative duties.

  1. Organize meetings, travel, and diary management.
  2. Coordinate and complete expense claims.
  3. Support all day-to-day administrative tasks.
  4. Coordinate corporate calendar and travel arrangements.
