Job Overview

The VITO Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to join our team. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with payroll preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Update HR databases in a timely manner, including new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonus, and leaves.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
  • Manage the department's telephone center, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide comprehensive orientations for new employees, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
