Vacation Rental Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent / Admin Support.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our vacation rental business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to reservation inquiries via email, phone, and online booking platforms.
  2. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  3. Ensure proper documentation and confirmation of bookings.
  4. Monitor calendar availability and avoid double bookings.
  5. Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to generate appointments for vacation rentals.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their questions, concerns, and special requests.
  7. Maintain and update property listings on various booking platforms.
  8. Conduct pre-arrival and post-stay follow-ups with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Act as a point of contact between the company, property owners, and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, reservation management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with vacation rental platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
